Project Management
Greenplanet Energy Analytics provides support to communities, and clients, who are serious about making sustainable economic development happen. GEA focuses on the integration of: green energy, energy efficiency, climate action, green business development, local food production and related components of sustainability.
GEA brings a down-to-earth, collaborative, and practical approach to their work by spending a significant amount of time in the community and, as much as possible, they do their work alongside client staff or leadership. This ensures that they customize project methodology and processes to fit the specific community situation and actually deliver on shared goals of building capacity and fostering empowerment
In October 2018, 3NE engaged GEA to provide 3NE administrative and management services during the development and start-up of the project and work with the Board of Directors of 3NE to execute the community side of the solar farm project management and community engagement.
The GEA team for this project was led by Principals Clayton Stafford and Rob Macintosh, with support from Megan Foster.
